While often I make a tincture with just the root , this LATEST throat spray was a mix of farm foraged: Echinacea, Licorice Rt. Juniper Berries, Sage, Oregano, Mint, Raspberry Lf, Mullein, Rose Hips, Spilanthes, Lavender, Wild Bergamot mixed with a high quality Gin.
